Help save horses like Pebbles and her unborn baby Calvin from slaughter

Pebbles is a 10 year old mare that was dropped off at an auction in Colorado. She was in horrible shape…suffering from extreme neglect, trauma and wounds all over her body.  Watch her story below…

Thousands of horses like Pebbles are shipped to Canada and Mexico for slaughter and their babies are lost forever. It’s not uncommon for mares to be pregnant with foals when Kill Buyers purchase them. Since January 2021, over 14,500 horses have been shipped to slaughter in horrific conditions…only to suffer nightmarish torture while being inhumanely killed.

To protect horses like Pebbles and baby Calvin and the people who love them…we must pass the Save America’s Forgotten Equines (SAFE) Act. This is federal legislation that would prevent the horse slaughter industry from starting back up operations in the U.S. and also prohibit the export of American horses for slaughter.
